I like the natural appeal of this portrait, it has a very beautiful model in a very natural but good looking pose. I like the natural soft light, it fits the mood of the image perfectly I find.
I think that you could have made it a lot better with a lower DOF, I think it would give much more of a dreamy feeling to the image as well as making the background less distracting, which I feel it is a bit at this time.
Maybe a bit of color enhancement could have also made it more interestind and standing it.
But overall a sweet image.
